A microenterprise is a small business that has been set up as an employment opportunity for a person with intellectual disability.

A microenterprise is a way of creating self-employment for people with intellectual disability. They are highly individual and often designed to suit the needs and interests of person. They often require very little money to start and may or may not make a profit.
