Disability Employment Services (DES) providers are organisations that help people with disability prepare for, find and keep a job. They also help employers to support employees with disability at work.
DES providers can be big, medium or small organisations. They can be either for-profit or not-for-profit organisations.
DES might be one of many services a DES provider offers, or it might be the only service it offers.
